Correct case (and value) for those seeking portability and protection.
I searched for a whole of around 12 hours for the perfect case. I read at least 200 reviews on undoubtedly 35 different case options....this is the first consumer review I have ever written on any commodity- and that should tell you how impressed I am with it!
I have a Toshiba Satellite T135, with a 13.3" screen. I got this computer because I wanted more the portability of a netbook, but the processing power of a full laptop. I am more than satisfied with the computer, and I wanted a turn out that in the event of to match. I found plenty of backpacks, messenger bags, super padded carriers, brief cases, etc that I could have bought---BUT THEN, WHAT WOULD BE THE Apropos OF HAVING BOUGHT A SMALL LAPTOP???? I like to put my computer in my backpack, and take it to exertion, class, etc...basically, I love options. This CaseCrown case offered me everything: panic the computer like a glove, memory foam padding for protection, durable alien, quality construction, small outside pocket to hold my power Mailgram, and decent looks.
The website said it would not fit my computer- but they are matching up stock measurements. My laptop is 1.4" thick at the mobile, and the case's stock measurement is something like 1.2" deep- it fits perfectly fine.
All in all, I am extremely satisfied with it! I thought I was somewhat gambling when I got it- but that feeling was unproven as I love this case.

Likeable Case
This turn out that in the event of fits my Mac Book Pro perfectly. It holds the computer nice and snug so that it does not move around in the took place. Nice padding in case of an accidentlal drop. Looks nice and seems to be comely durable. Has a storage pouch for accessories which is nice. Much better than using a sleeve for your laptop. Value was right. I would recommend this case to others.

Win out over case for MacBook on Amazon
Supreme size for the 13 inch MacBook, with a large expandable accessory pocket that will prove valid the power cord/adapter, plus more. On the aesthetic side, it has a great subtle simulate, and I'm confident that it would protect my laptop from all but the most disastrous of impacts. I searched for a long heyday before I settled on this product, and it was worth the work.

The standard aluminum electro-static trackpad has been replaced with a new field-glasses Multi-Touch trackpad, which provides 40 percent more tracking range than before. Use two fingers to scroll up and down a page. Pinch to zoom in and out. Rotate an image with your fingertips. Swipe with three fingers to flick through your photo libraries. Swipe with four fingers to show your desktop, view all open windows, or reversal applications. The entire trackpad surface is also a button, allowing you to both track and click practically anywhere on the trackpad. And you can easily enable multiple virtual buttons in software, such as right-hand-clicking.
The keyboard has also been improved, with the rigid aluminum keyboard webbing cut rigorously to hold the keys, which are curved to perfectly fit fingers. And it's illuminated, so when you're in low-light settings, such as airplanes or colloquium rooms, you can always see what you're typing.
The 13.3-inch display is made of edge-to-edge, uninterrupted window-pane for a smooth, seamless surface and features LED backlighting for brilliant instant-on execution that uses up to 30 percent less energy than its predecessor. Intel Core 2 Duo Processor Experience improved energy efficiency, expanded wireless connectivity, and staggering battery life with the 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, which has a super-wantonly 1066 MHz front-side bus (FSB), and a large 3 MB L2 cache. (An L2, or secondary, cache temporarily stores information; and a larger L2 cache can help speed up your system's performance. The FSB carries data between the CPU and RAM, and a faster front-side bus will communicate better overall performance.)
The new hafnium-infused circuitry--which reduces electrical known leakage in transistors--conserves even more energy, giving you more time away from the mad outlet. With 3 MB of shared L2 cache, data and instructions can be kept close to the two processor cores, greatly increasing discharge and allowing the entire system to work more efficiently. And, because the processor cores share the L2 hoard, either can use the entire amount if the other happens to be idle.

The Choicest!
A flagrant notebook! It is light and portable, and has a great design. I switched for Windows Vista(AHH) to a MacBook with Snow Leopard (astounding!).This mac has fantastic graphics, and a wonderful display, do not regret buying this! It s absolutely supreme! It is blazing fast too! I love the mac operating system!
Dont live with PC, get a MacBook! :)

Dropped 4ft onto a marble floor - Aluminum unibody merit the extra $$$
The aluminum quadrangle designed for this computer is worth every penny. After 6 months of reliable usage and ownership, my Macbook was dropped on its region edge onto a marble floor from a kitchen counter height. My Macbook slipped out of a Booq laptop bag that was not aptly zipped when I attempted to sling it over my shoulder. I swear I saw it fall in slow signal....After defibrillating my heart when it stopped at the time of the "crunch", I picked up the computer and restarted it. HALLELEUIA - STILL WORKED! There was adequate cosmetic damage from the drop that makes it unsightly for resale (1/4 inch chipped scan in upper right corner, dent from impact visible at the corner of the partition and the corner of the base). However, I don't intend to sell it, and I will use it until it dies, like my previous 12" Powerbook workhorse.
If you are comparing the aluminum unibody to the chalky polycarbonate macbook- the polycarbonate would've shattered from that same fall. The "dent" reflects the force engaged by the aluminum enclosure. Spend the extra $100 to $200 for piece of note.
My point is, no one expects to have their laptop "drop" onto a hard surface from a 4 foot high point. Rest assured, the extra $$$ you spend to ensure your computer can survive unanticipated falls, is worth it.
Aluminum unibody over white polycarbonate- this is a no-brainer

4 1/2 Stars- 5 if it had FireWire
It's mine and no it's not for sales marathon.
Let me first say that this is the exact same unit Apple is currently selling as the 13" MacBook Pro excepting 3 things: SD Birthday card reader (yawn), sealed in battery (yuck) and FireWire :).
I bought mine after the update consideration it's lack of FireWire because it has a user changeable battery, which the MacBook Pro lacks.
Excepting the dearth of FireWire, this is IMHO the best Mac Laptop made & if you can find a new one or lightly used one get it.

One year later - still loving my Macbook
I switched to Mac last January, and now, one year later, I'm still very satisfied. My Macbook 13.3 has run purely, frozen a total of maybe 2 times in an entire year, and perfectly interfaced with strange / antique printers, routers, and external hard drives here in China. It runs presumptuous and silent. It's sleek and light and makes for easy packing. What really blew my berate was, after 9 months of use, having to ask a friend to google "Ctrl-Alt-Delete" for mac because I needed to extract quit a non-responsive program for the FIRST TIME! What a stark contrast with my (also very decent) Thinkpad at line.
The experience of buying a laptop from Amazon was great as well. It turned up days at daybreak, packaged together with my software purchases, and at a steep discount over the Apple Store.

Handsome but functionally disappointing
I proper bought my first Apple, a Macbook Pro (13"). Nice piece of artwork. But I'm shocked by the catastrophic typescript display and apparent lack of adjustment options (yes, seen the font smoothing alternative but the result's a joke with or without). I've read many posts on how apple's rendering is different from Windows, how strictly they manage to put so much thought into creating such a poor result, and how people prefer one or the other. But this seems well-deserved plain wrong -- I can't believe that there's so many people out there who, out of pure love for source font geometry (or for love of Apple), are willing to sacrifice readability/usability.
There's some other pathetic surprises for someone who switches from Windows:
- no easy window maximise/minimise, maximisation only via unripened button that maximises to the layout Apple considers best (I'd often prefer a different window size, mostly full room divider, particularly on 13"). That means you end up using the mouse & moving/changing windows all the epoch.
- very inefficient handling of screen real estate. Lots of permanently displayed info / top menu rows etc that you at bottom don't need most of the time and that cut down usable screen area. Maybe I just shelter't found it yet, but I don't see an easy way to switch to full screen.
- sharp front edge on the unibody... that's very uncomfortable after a knee-pants while. Somewhere else I read that for Apple, clearly function follows form. That strikes me as spot on now...
- Yes, you can squashable-double-tap the large mouse pad, but if you decide to mechanically click it (you can do that anywhere on the pad), the sound of the procedure is annoyingly loud.
Bottom line: I feel mislead by a good amount of (unjustified) mania of the Apple fans around me. Next time I need to satisfy an esthetic urge, I'll go and buy a new watch rather than. Going Apple doesn't seem to be the right reaction if you're unhappy with Microsoft.
