It's a battery-operated that works
My Dell mobile died early on, this is the third battery I've had for my laptop. it seems to be working great. When I first got it charged it was holding a urge for several hours. I've only had it for a month, but I'm still happy with the charge so, for me, it's a wait and see how it turns out...

Profit value
Bought 2 of these to put in place of failing original batteries in my son and daughter's Inspiron 1300's. Dell wanted $150 each for replacements with shed weight greater capacity--at $32 each, I thought I couldn't go wrong. So far, all is good, and the laptops can go longer than 20 minutes!

Lets have another
This mobile wouldnt charge right and wouldnt last more than about 45 minuets.So they are replaceing it without a incorrigible.Then maybe i can give it a 5 star rating.I am glad I bought it through AMAZON.com.

Not as pictured, keep calm connection. Don't buy if you have a Dell Inspiron 1000!
Don't anticipate to receive what is pictured and don't even try it if you own a Dell Inspiron 1000! In fact, don't try it at all! It should be made very clear that this is not a Dell product. This purchase was my first essay to get the correct AC Adapter for my Inspiron 1000. First, the product sent says the brand is "Scram Max". Next, the adapter is not as pictured and features a straight connector where it plugs into the computer, whereas the original Dell stallion had an L-shape and a yellow ring around the connector (as is shown in the picture), which is missing from this adapter. The authentic Dell adapter fit snugly; this one wiggles because it is too small and I have to keep moving it around, sometimes even holding it in the air, for the computer to recognize that it's betrothed. Mine is not loud, as another reviewer experienced; it is just a piece of junk that doesn't industry with the computer well and is most definitely not the item pictured!! I took a chance ordered a different article that also pictured what I need, and was sent the exact same product as the first! So, I kept the first one and returned the right hand because the first seemed to connect more snugly and cause me fewer problems than the first (although it definitely still causes me fertility of headaches!!). I would say run, run fast away from this product and call Dell directly, spend the spare money, and order a genuine Dell part that is suited specifically for your machine. Very disappointing effect!! Even as I write this, with the "best" of the two adapters ordered attached, my battery light is still flashing on and off as though there is no AC power ally!!* The 2nd worst purchase I've ever made from Amazon (the first being the adapter I returned)!!

Works - but Snazzy
I've never tolerant of a power supply that made so much noise! Just having it plugged in it sounds like a squealing fan or something in it!!!! It does the job lately fine.. Just weird that it's LOUD!

Tremendous Price! Great Product!
A few months ago, I had to substitute for the original charger that came with my Dell Laptop. I purchased it directly from Dell, thinking that the new one would last several years, as the underived did. I was wrong. Within 6 months the new cord frayed, and I was out $60.00 plus shipping and handling.
I resolute to find something a little cheaper if I was going to have to replace my cord that often.
Looking at reviews, this string seemed to be a safe bet. I ordered it, it arrived a week before I expected it, and it works great. Definately a gambler choice than the $60.00 one from [...].

Jotting not as pictured
The jotting I received was not as pictured in the item image on Amazon. In the Amazon image, the connector into the computer is shown as a without delay angle connector (which is why we bought this, as it is needed for the location where the computer is used) but as delivered was a plainly connector. Also, contrary to one review, this is NOT a Dell OEM product. It is identical to a knockoff version formerly bought elsewhere for much less; that purchase lasted about four months before developing in intermittent connection. Only total is praises to Amazon for making the return process easy!

Dell Power line
It does closely what it is supposed to do. It is original Dell equipment. I bought this on Amazon for an insanely low price. Its a titanic deal. Don't try to save a few pennies and get aftermarket universal parts, get this and you will not regret it.

Keep off at all costs!
So, my first refusing review somehow has disappeared and this item no longer exists in my Amazon order summary. Interesting....
The item that arrived was not as pictured. I specifically wanted the unit with the "L" shaped connector, which was pictured, but I did not inherit that. I received one with the traditional, straight in connector. Additionally, the item sent to me was apparently used, packaged in a cheap, thin plastic bag. (inside the Amazon shipper.) No where in the stripe did it mention this was a used AC Adapter.
The first few times we used it, it seemed fairly warm to the come up, afeer only a few minutes of use. I figured maybe that was normal. After about 5 or so uses, never using it more than an hour or so, the adapter no longer works. I'm affluent to call Amazon on Monday to find out why this item has mysteriously disappeared from my order history and my anterior review was removed. But, I wanted to update my review as to make sure others don't get charmed like I did.
In short, I would highly recommend against purchasing this or anything from this vendor. Pay a few extra dollars and get something from a "name trade name" company like Targus, or get an OEM part, directly from Dell.

AC Adapter
So far I cannot grouch about the device too much. It did fail within a few days of purchase, but being an electrical nut and figuring, 'hey, if its already broke, then I can't at bottom break it more.' So, I took it apart and saw that where the power cord connects in to the ship aboard was a terribly bad connection, causing intermittent power and some sparking. I got a soldering iron and went unwavering it. My wife has been using it daily since I fixed it and it's had no problem. Whoever made this really needs to do a change one's mind soldering job, all of the joints looked terrible, they work but were not neatly done from a cosmetic position. It gets 4 stars because it works (after I fixed it) and the price was right.

pure for my Dell inspiron 2200
I was a bit afraid of buying a replacement charger for my laptop. But I had to try it because it was so much cheaper than buying an original pony. But my fears were erased when I got this charger. It works perfectly! And the good reviews were integrity! The L plug to the laptop really benefits me! It does not bend the wire anymore which caused my unusual charger to break.
If you need a charger, this is perfect!

Won't sustain a charge after one year
I've had this battery-operated for exactly one year and three weeks and it stopped holding a charge about three months ago.
The laptop works technically when the battery is taken out and is left plugged in with the AC cord and adapter so that is not the problem.
I've tried fetching the battery out, I checked for damage to the prongs, I looked for leakage or connection issues, I even made certain it wasn't an outlet issue. I am horrendously disappointed for the money I spent that this lasted less than a year.

notice works and Customer Service is over the top.
I ordered the de rigueur item...thought it wouldn't hold a charge...contacted Customer Rite via email, heard back from someone immediately, they listened to my problem (battery wouldn't keep back a charge)...Customer Service apologized and sent a new one...second freestyle, same problem...15 minutes of working time after 24 hours of instil time...so I contacted Customer Service again...it was suggested that perhaps something might be wrong with my charger...had to splurge a couple of days locating charger that would work on my Dell laptop...finally sited one....plugged up the new battery, charged it up...installed it into the laptop...showed a 4+ hour imputation, which is probably the maxim...then charged the first batter they had sent...it also charged to the 4+ hours rating...so...I also needed a new Dell charger...with much embarrassment, I shipped the second battery back to these great those...so sorry that I didn't realize my charger is bad...now I'm deciding if I want to order a new pony for the Dell, I was so disgruntled over the bad battery issue and some other issues I have had with this Dell, I went out and purchased a new Mac...but the Dell has had other issues recently and it is over 5 years old...hmmm...dialect mayhap I need to list it on [...] or something! not sure what I will do...currently, it is being a paperweight...I was so amazed at the Fellow Service, they not only went above and beyond the usual Customer Service every one else seems to have...this crew is a life shareholder and they get things done quickly and correctly.

Colossal service, good battery
I ordered this mobile for my Dell Inspiron B130. Sunvalleytek was very prompt in answering one question I had about the required charger (the prototypical works fine and can be used) and the battery was received two days after I placed the uncalled-for. It fits, works great, and the price couldn't be beat.

A: Do you see the FN key on your keyboard next to the windows logo? Restrain that down and hit the up arrow key and It will adjust the brightness.
