well my laptop is a Fujitsu lifebook v1010 and it goes tot he hateful microsoft windows xp thing and it keeps loading and it keeps loading and it never goes to the owner page i did a diagnostic...
A: it might be your hd has a bad sector notably on boot.
if you can log on to safemode, type on the run command "chkdsk /r /f" (without the qoutes) then restart the computer.
