Am having a intractable where the cord goes into the terminal end or power converter. The wire pulls appart if dishonest too far, but this is a common problem with the HP OEM also, which cost more. Otherwise it works just fine; just don't give way the cord too far where the ends are on the DC...

undoubtedly the worst quality and service laptap I have ever owned.
.-HP- purposes the worst quality and service. Bought my son what was suppose to be a gaming laptop. Have had some problems with bios and falling keys. Sent in for set right and they sent back with a cracked screen. Very slow laptop even with upgrades. Now the screen is unconscionable on start up and the warranty is over and I'm stuck with it. HP wants $400 to repair....they must be kidding. That's partly the price I paid for the whole thing.

No more than bought this computer this week..and so psyched about it….I have had this computer perpetual all day at employment (about 10 hours) and then at native (all end of day). Battery-operated vital spark when fully charged is about 6 hours….you can put it in a power sparing look when not indeed using it. Surprisingly purposeful….I use it on my lap at home and no burns. I must advise you though, the stallion requests ventilation. At drudgery it was not hot, lately warm….for all practical purposes because it was on the crush and hot up was proficient to disseminate off of it…..but at familiar with on the day-bed with me on it…..OUCH…..at the end of the day hot…..so condign spot it where enthusiasm can burn up….rather than trapped in between the sofa cushions and your stiff……Also, if you design on using any talkie making software…do NOT buy Apex…..you will have issues with it on this laptop….not the laptop’s nit-pick…bad software…. :/
