Frustrated
This adapter was hopeless. It worked for about a day and then afterwards if you wanted it to work, you had to hold the wire in a specific way to get it to work. I would not buy again. I conjecture the cheap price really was too good to be true.

Well-advised than original
Level transaction and the battery worked out of the box on a finicky laptop. It's a sony sz140p, and we went through three batteries last rhythm we had to replace one. This one was a drop-in replacement.

For Sony but not Sony
Matter arrived as promised in a brand new pack.
Something I realized when installing the battery in my Vaio is that this is not a Sony made effect.
Dont' get me wrong it works fine. My original 9cell died after 3 years of use and slander. Have this one for a couple of days and so far so good.

Kindly replacement battery
This replacement battery-operated is working perfect with my Sony Vaio VGN-C250, it last about 1.25 hour (in high performance) to 2 hours (in power frugal). It works like an original Sony battery and din't pups up any battery replacement by mistake (usually shown with no original batteries, even thou they sent the manuals with the key on how to overwrite this message if happens). Of course, this is not a battery with extended cells and therefore 2 hrs is a considerable average, if you are looking to have 4+ hours of battery life, this won't work for you.

computer died 1 week after using this battery-operated
I bought this freestyle and 1 week after using it, my laptop died. Coincidence? I would advise people to grasp authentic batteries just to stay on the safe side.
