I had the same imbroglio with my Qosmio G20 laptop which is now about a year and a partially old. About two months after I purchased it there were several threatening specks of dust in the study… I sent it back to Toshiba and they cleaned it but about a week later the dust reappeared. I couldn7t be bothered to send it back so lived with it. About 4 weeks ago I noticed a thin unhappy cyan in harmony on the licit side of my visual display unit so I sent it back to Toshiba. they told me it was a sequel of the dust in the survey (which was pink there by them during the introductory fix so repaired it at no imbue. Two life span after getting the computer back the same line of work appeared again and with it another words on the progressive supervision side. Absolutely irate and off to Toshiba for another week I fitting got it back this morning and seems to be working razor-sharp but settled Toshiba’s track evidence so far I don’t advised of. I’m keeping my fingers crossed Fair-minded unchanging mine! See sorrowful, you’re all naughty. For days insinuation, this can’t be a virus; viruses are software, and twisting the laptop is not an interface scheme.
