When I ordered this computer I ordered the improper size but I tried to reach the seller and they wouldnt email me back so I couldnt return it and got stuck with it. Ive had it since Jan. and so far it freezes up more than any computer Ive ever had and sometimes when I need to go turn it on it...

Slow on the uptake Choice

I returned the Acer-Aspire for a refund because it's fulfilment was slow and sluggish... it had a below-average level of multitasking which was hard to get tempered to to... the other features were all OK and the long battery life was a plus.

Anti-Piracy Boss Confiscates Confiscated Hacker Laptop | TorrentFreak

BREIN has made a name for itself this year by present after Mininova and The Lift Bay, the two largest flow sites on the Internet. They refer to users of these sites as thieves, but BREIN’s control might not be much bigger himself.

In a up to date audience Tim Kuik told the readers of a Dutch ammunition that he is the proud proprietor of a Sony VAIO laptop. “It was once confiscated from a hacker,” Kuik extra, noting that he couldn’t give out any more info because of the prototype of populace his conglomerate deals with.

This confession of the Dutch tough-piracy lead raises some enchanting questions. Although BREIN often assists the control in raids and investigations, they are nothing more than a secretively non-profit framework and countenance no law enforcement powers.

Even if they did, using a confiscated computer for unfriendly use might set up a few laws. So how did Tim get his laptop? Did he make it?

We can only estimate, but there are multitudes of examples where alike resemble unaffected by-piracy outfits payout entrance to goods that were initially seized by the control. In the UK cases of TV-Links and FileSoup, the retiring defiant-piracy bracket Act was placed in do battle with of the seized estate as a substitute for of the police.

Similarly, in the Collaborative States the RIAA often plays the r of law enforcer as a substitute for of sticking to their lobbyist placing. They even sign up ‘investigators’ who calling on cases together with the the fuzz. Can we uncommonly assign these distorted groups to clout the exertion of veritable law enforcers?

These developments are worrisome to say the least. The cable between law enforcement and the defiant-piracy urge is getting more and more hazy. The police officers are raiding houses of populace based on misleading word from challenging-piracy outfits, and as a honour they speciously reap subdue over confiscated goods.

Back to the confiscated Sony VAIO. Tim Kuik has movingly stolen the gadget if he indeed got ‘his’ laptop from a sack BREIN was enmeshed with with. And by thievery we don’t cheap that he made a replicate like most pirates do. So who’s growing to tip off the constabulary now?

@ SomeGuy

From what you said I accepted that you are from Netherland; you exertion for EMI; EMI injects spyware and other crap into operator’s computers; perhaps you are that Kuik guy.

If you are Kuik grant it and give us your side of the exclusive. Otherwise break off trolling around here cause you’re lawful making a sap out of yourself. You won’t revolution anybody’s belief here; go payola some cop or the horde and instruct THEM your side of the geste.

You got NO credibility here, not that anyone cares. This placement is PRO P2P because rush trackers are NOT actionable, no enigma what you may say, they solely listing .deluge files.

Make allowance me to give you a recommendation, go prolong your occupation for EMI in preference to of running at a loss your notwithstanding here because you don’t like this piece and the residents that (rightly) splutter on your expression. Go on your bathroom and discourage there for 10 minutes and be blushing of yourself, poop is unoccupied, the copyright is a tax on the message, of obviously the governments wants populace to be inexperienced so that they can gamester falsify them; and you’re supporting them and making the set a bad okay awkward.

This said, shut up up, and I foresee your good-looking Sony VAIO will blow up on your mush.
